Conversion of ordinary vehicle to Water-Fueled vehicle is possible.There's no need to worry since all the electrical and mechanical system of the ordinary vehicle can still be used.
I think the government should support this project because this will be the best solution for the oil crisis that the world is facing right now. I don't know the reason why the government has no action for supporting the project. Mr. Dingle has perfected this research already for 30 years.
