Tell the World of His Love

How should I start this... Well I love listening to religious and Christian songs especially when I'm into deep emotional struggle (you know what I mean hehe). Religious singers and bands like Hillsong United, Steve Kuban, and  Don Moen have become my favorites. But, apart from these three, there are other religious songs that I love to listen, and one of them is Tell the World of His Love.

Tell the World of His Love is a popular religious song especially for Filipinos. The song was used as the official theme song during the World Youth Day in 1995, which was held in Manila Philippines. The said event was very symbolic for every Filipino people not only because it was the first time an Asian country to host World Youth Day, it is symbolic because it was presided by our blessed Pope John Paul II. The event was witnessed by more than 5 million people. In order for the event to have an official theme song, a competition was held. Out of more than a hundred entries, it was the piece composed by Trina Belamide  won the grand prize, and that song was "Tell the World of His Love" - the official theme song of 1995 World Youth Day.

Now going back to why I liked this song, it is simply because of its lyrics (it's beat and voice of the singer Jamie Rivera are a given). The song simply tells the listener (the Christians) that our God loves His creation very much. It's a song of hope for those who are facing with huge problems and are about to give up. Remember that God will never give a problem that we can't bear, just put your faith in Him. God will always provide because He loves us and will never stop loving us. It's a song of faith, a song that tells us to have faith in Him. It's a song of wisdom and a song of everlasting love from God.

I will never get tired of listening to this song for it reminds me that God is with me, with us (Emmanuel). Just in case you are thinking or feeling that you are not being loved, always remember what is written in John 3:16.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Lastly, just in case you know the song, let's sing and tell the world of His Love!

All Time Blog Stats - Audience Distribution Per Country

Just want to share my all-time blog statistics in term of audience distribution per country. As shown in the image above, most of my blog's traffic were coming from the Philippines, though there are reasonable volume of traffic from other countries like U.S., Russia, Germany, India, Canada, U.K., Iran, Netherlands and Japan. As a pinoy blogger, I am overwhelmed after knowing that my contents have reached other parts of world and being read by people other than my fellow Filipino people.

You see that world map on the top left portion of the image? The green portion represents the distribution of audience per country. As you can see, my blog already reached North America, Russia, India and other parts of Asia. My ultimate goal as a blogger apart from writing quality and relevant content is to fill that world map with color green. I know I can do it!

How to Know if Your Dreams are God's Dreams

Yesterday while I was browsing recent homepage activities on Facebook, one of my Facebook friend, which was also my college classmate (Ash) posted a link about Bo Sanchez, a well-known preacher and author who have been actively writing inspiring books as well as preaching the words of God. Since I've been listening to some of Bo Sanchez's preaches way back in Kerygma website (i forgot the link sorry), I clicked the link and got redirected to Bo Sanchez's website.

On his website, there was a free e-book that he wrote. Since it is free and written by Bo Sanchez, with no hesitation I subscribed the free e-book. The book's title is "How to Know if Your Dreams are God's Dreams". Though  I haven't read the book on its entirety, the title itself would tell that it is all about putting God's Will in our desires, dreams and actions.

I'll give my reflection on this same blog post once I have read the book, or you can download your own copy if you want to read the book on your own (just click the image and you will get redirected to Bo Sanchez's website).
